Medulla takes the privacy and security of your data seriously. Here is a summary of how long your information is stored:
Encounter audio recordings are retained for no longer than 48 hours and are used only for transcription and troubleshooting purposes.
Transcripts, clinical notes, and billing outputs are retained in your Medulla account for as long as you need them, unless you choose to delete them.
Medulla does not sell your data or use it for AI model training. All data is primarily stored in Canadian data centres.
