Your recording keeps going. Medulla holds the audio on your own device as it records, so losing your connection does not end the session or lose what has been captured so far.
Live transcription stops updating on screen while you are offline. The recording itself is unaffected.
When your connection returns, Medulla reconnects on its own and sends up whatever is still waiting. You do not need to reload the page or close the tab.
Once you click Finish, the rest happens in the background. You can close the tab, move to another patient, or lose your connection again without losing the note — it will be in your Sessions list when it is ready.
If a session does end up showing an error, open it and click Try again.
